Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected or just plain tired and can’t really put your finger on why? I can help you to find clarity, balance, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Our work together can help you finally shift unconscious thought patterns and change behaviour. I know from my training and personal experience that therapy can have a huge positive impact on our personal life and our interpersonal relationships.
In my work, I combine warmth and curiosity with a mix of evidence-based approaches such as Schema Therapy, ACT, CBT and mindfulness. Together, we’ll explore how your patterns developed, what you need now, and how to move towards a more fulfilling life. I offer in person therapy at my lovely practice in a quiet leafy part of town in The Hague, and online counselling worldwide.
